WHAT IS A BUYER'S REAL ESTATE AGENT?
Until recently, the real estate industry exclusively represented sellers, leaving home buyers unprotected & unrepresented. But now, home buyers are demanding to have an equal level of representation in the real estate transaction, and I am doing just that by exclusively representing Glendale home buyers and giving them the level of service they demand. I firmly believe that home buyers have a right to full and equal representation and service, the same that sellers have monopolized ... until now. As buyers learn how the real estate industry really works, they are demanding the level of service that only an Buyer's Real Estate Agent can provide.

So be a smart home buyer and protect yourself by contacting me before looking at any homes, and do not use a listing agent to help you.
